Daily Cleaning Schedule:

 – Remove trash from offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas

 – Sweep or vacuum high traffic floors

 – Clean toilets, sinks, and mirrors in restrooms

 – Clean lobby/reception area

 – Tidy and organize employees individual office spaces

Weekly Cleaning Schedule:

 – Empty recycle bins

 – Refill toilet paper and paper towel

 – Clean all floors (mop restrooms, vacuum and sweep low traffic areas)

 – Refill soap dispensers

 – Clean hand dryers

 – Water indoor plants

 – Disinfect employee office spaces and break room

Monthly Cleaning Schedule:

 – Wipe down all furniture

 – Dust

 – Clean computer and office equipment

 – Maintain outdoor landscaping

 – Clean windows

 – Clean parking lot and sidewalks

Annual Cleaning Schedule:

 – Shampoo carpets

 – Test security systems and smoke detectors/sprinkler system

 – Organize storage systems and closets

 – Apply Pest Control (may need to do more often depending on location)

 – Service and clean Heating and Air Conditioning System

 – Clean and update any signage inside or outside your building

 – Check your buildings structure

 – Clean gutters and building exterior
